Professional genealogy research service

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY! More details when you contact me. Happy to answer questions.

You can email me at john@johnsgenealogyresearchservice.com anytime. I return emails between 9am and 10pm eastern time. Any emails after 10pm will be answered the next day. Also, if you are using Yahoo email it tends to put my emails in the spam folder from time to time. If I you do not hear back from me in 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder!!! I can not stress this enough based on past Yahoo issues. I usually reply quickly to all emails.

Fees vary depending on the size of the research project involved. I do charge a flat fee for most projects which is considerably cheaper then if I charged you by the hour. This has proven to be popluar with my clients. I charge the flat fee plus expenses including travel beyond my local area if needed but I do make every effort to keep expenses to a minimum aisde from possibly acquiring records that are not online if I am looking for something specific in the research. As a general rule I normally discuss even small expenses with the client first before proceeding. No surprises. Rush jobs will incur a higher rate.

FLAT FEES FOR BIGGER PROJECTS
PAYMENT PLANS CAN BE ARRANGED!

YOU ARE SAVING A LOT OF MONEY WITH THESE FLAT FEE PROJECTS!!

FOR ALL FLAT FEE PROJECTS:

A 50% deposit up front (unless we have discussed otherwise), upon signing a contract agreement.

I'm happy to answer any questions for free before I start.

SERVICES INCLUDE;

Your surname lineage (father's or mother's or both)

Your full family tree (father's or mother's or both)

For family trees I usually only research direct ancestors which still leads to a lot of people as each ancestor had a mother and father. So the trees grow quickly in each generation.

Dead end (brick walls).

Civil War, other historical research.

I specialize in U.S. and French Canadian research.

Other research projects considered!
